TAKIS will do its best to ensure that the order is delivered with the supporting invoice within an average period of six (6) to seven (7) working days and in any event undertakes to deliver it within a maximum period Fifteen (15) working days from the day following the payment of the order. It is specified that orders placed on the Site on Friday afternoons from 1 pm on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed on the Site on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Products ordered by the Customer are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer, accompanied by a delivery note. The Customer has the possibility to have the Products delivered to a different address than his own. The invoice will be sent to the customer by e-mail.
The delivery may not be insured in case of force majeure as defined in article 10.1 of the “General Conditions of Sale”.
