Delivery times

TAKIS makes every effort to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, delivery is usually within six (6) to seven (7) working days from the first working day following receipt of payment. In any event, TAKIS undertakes to deliver no later than fifteen (15) working days from the first working day following receipt of payment for the order.

Orders placed on the site on Friday afternoon from 13:00, on Saturday or on Sunday are processed on the next working Monday. Orders placed on a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Delivery address and accompanying documents

Products ordered are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. The customer may request delivery to an address different from their personal address (home, workplace, third party address, etc.). Each shipment is accompanied by a delivery note. The invoice is sent to the customer by e‑mail to the address provided at the time of order.

Force majeure and unavailability

TAKIS’s liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure as defined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. In the event of force majeure affecting supply or transport times, TAKIS will inform the customer as soon as possible and, if possible, provide an estimated delivery time.

Delivery may be suspended or delayed if a product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed. The customer will be informed and may accept a new delivery date, choose a replacement product, or cancel the order with a full refund.

Receipt, reservations and anomalies

Upon receipt of the parcel, the customer must check the apparent condition of the packaging and the products. In case of any anomaly (missing products, damaged items, incorrect reference), it is recommended to make precise and dated reservations with the carrier and to contact TAKIS Customer Service immediately, attaching, if possible, photos and a description of the anomalies to facilitate handling of the file.

Shipping costs and modalities

Shipping costs, available options (standard delivery, express, relay point, delivery with signature, etc.) and estimated times are indicated at the time of order confirmation. Specific conditions (international delivery, taxes and customs duties) are specified when selecting the delivery country. Any additional costs related to a delay in collection of the parcel by the recipient (re‑shipment, storage, return) are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Hosting, liability and link with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Detailed delivery modalities are integrated into the General Terms and Conditions of Sale available on the website. In the event of a contradiction between a summary presented on a site page and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the latter shall prevail.
